More signing news sooner rather than later

With head coach Corey Neilson on his way back to the UK from a coaching seminar on the continent, Panthers are hopeful of adding names to the roster for the upcoming season sooner rather than later.

Negotiations are continuing on several fronts and the coach says he’s quietly confident of news sometime this week.

So far Panthers have Steve Lee, Ollie Betteridge and Robert Lachowicz back to continue their multi-year deals.

Imports Dan Spang and Jeff Brown are back for the second half of their deals which also see the pair studying at Loughborough University.

Robert Farmer has signed a new multi-year deal and netminder Sam Gospel has signed his first full-time Panthers’ contract.

Young prospects Jordan Kelsall and Josh Tetlow have signed entry contracts with the Panthers too.

There are one or two other members of last year’s roster with options that are being reviewed still.
