Local talent Sam Gospel picked up his first man of the match award in a Panthers’ shirt last weekend after the regulation draw and shoot-out loss in Cardiff and says he’s thrilled to be with the senior team in Nottingham after spending his junior years here and then moving to the minors before signing his first Panthers contract in the summer.

Speaking on Panthers Radio with Xynomix he talks about the change in pace both at training and in games from what he’s been used to but also believes he’s coping well.

He’s back in the Panthers’ squad this weekend for home action on Saturday against Krefeld from the D E L in Germany and again on Sunday against Braehead in the Aladdin Cup.

Tickets now on sale.
