PLAYER SPONSORSHIP - SOLD OUT!
This morning we were just about to announce that all the gold and silver player sponsorships have now been accounted for....and someone pulled out! But already the silver package that became available has been snapped up and it is a huge thank you to all the fans who have backed players in this unique way and to be in this position before a puck is dropped in anger is fantastic.
A club spokeswoman told the website today : "We were about to announce that everything was sold when we had communication from Robert Locowicz's silver sponsor that they were being forced to pull out because of what they call circumstances beyond their control. So Lacho, one of our bright stars for the future (see Corey's comments in the Eye this weekend) needed a silver sponsor, we put the story up on the website and within minutes the package was snapped up. Truly amazing, the best fans in the country. So the sold out sign's on the player sponsorship department door again."
Gold sponsors get a game worn shirt and silver sponsors receive their player's warm-up jersey. This year's warm-up jerseys have been put together by CHsports and are fantastic and feature game quality workmanship, embroidery and logos.
