Corey will be patient on recruitment as he looks ahead

Head coach Corey Neilson says he will be patient as he bids to add the right players to complete his roster for the coming campaign. He has a couple of slots on defence and a forward berth to sort out ahead of a pre-season campaign which begins with the Aladdin Cup against Braehead in Nottingham on August 20th before moving on to a challenge match in Coventry and then the trip to France for the Napoleon Cup. Said Neilson: "We've got an ever growing rivalry with the Clan and Finnerty will want to set a mark down when he brings his team to town so it's sure to be a good game for the fans to get their juices flowing for the new season. The Coventry game will be another bench-marker and I hear we've got hundreds of fans travelling to Amiens again, for the tournament there. It'll all be here sooner than you think, but I want to get the right personnel in place and if that means waiting for the right answers then so be it, I know from experience that more and more names can pop up on the radar the later in the summer you wait. We've got such a healthy core returning from last season that we can afford to be patient, if anything, more patient than ever."
