Good training session today ahead of the Aladdin Cup tomorrow

Logan MacMillan flew back into the UK yesterday in time to join the team for their last training session today ahead of the puck drop for the new campaign when the GMB Panthers take on the Braehead Clan for the Aladdin Cup at the Motorpoint Arena tomorrow at 7pm. Good seats are still available for the match-up. The cup will be decided tomorrow (Saturday night) and if the teams are tied at the end of sixty minutes of action the game will go to three-on-three sudden-death overtime. Both sides missing two or three players because of visa and flight issues. Marc Levers and Tom Norton will be back in Panthers' jerseys as guests from Peterborough. New signing Dan Spang is in a race against time to get to Nottingham in time and another newcomer Alex Nikiforuk will be absent as he awaits his visa clearance but other newcomers Jeff Brown, Matthew Carter, Andy Sertich, Erik Lindhagen will be in the Panthers' line-up alongside returning favourites from last season's double-winning campaign. The weather forecast is pretty miserable so why not let the Panthers brighten your weekend with the return of the fastest of team sports. Ice hockey's back and the boys are back in town. SEE YOU THERE!
