Smile for the camera - portrait day at the locker room.

It was portrait day at the locker room today ahead of the on-ice training session. Panthers are in action this weekend when the puck drops in the Elite League for the first time. Nottingham have a three-in-three road trip to Scotland on the schedule starting in Dundee on Friday night. Panthers Travel are taking a full coachload of fans to the games and many more are travelling independently. Meanwhile the on-ice preparations are in full swing. It was heavy-duty training yesterday after last weekend's narrow cup loss in Coventry and the coaches were starting the build-up to the weekend from today. Amnd before that photographers Adam Gouldson and Karl Denham were on hand to take pictures for the website, match magazines and other media outlets today. A club spokeswoman explained: "We've got one guy to sign yet as coach Neilson closes in on a tough guy but with the arrivals of three more players last week we were finally in a position to get everyone together in front of the camera lights to take a professional set of portraits."
