Twenty-seven-year old American forward JOHNO MAY is joining THE NOTTINGHAM Panthers for the Elite Series and will fly in to join his new team mates for the five-week tournament through April and early May.
The six feet five inch forward shoots right and can play at either centre or on the wing.
Director of Hockey Gui Doucet said he’s very much looking to see what the big forward can bring to the table and he should be an impact player after posting good numbers in the East Coast League at Greenville and Orlando.
After four years of university hockey at The American International College in Springfield, Panthers’ latest recruit had 42 points in 51 games in a full season with the Swamp Rabbits in 2018-19 and then shared 2019-20 for a total of 52 games and another 35 points.
