A big result on Wednesday night saw the Panthers overturn a one goal deficit to knock the Milton Keynes Lightning out of the Challenge Cup.

The Panthers bagged three goals in two minutes to put the Lightning away, sealing a 7-4 aggregate win over the Buckinghamshire side.

Opponents in the semi-final of the competition won't be decided until January 9th, as Fife head to Belfast after the two battled for a 3-3 draw in Scotland.

No attention will be paid to that yet though, as the Panthers have two big games in the Elite League this weekend.

On Saturday, in a game sponsored by Truelove Properties, the Panthers welcome the Manchester Storm to Nottingham.

Manchester have enjoyed two OT wins over the Panthers in recent weeks, with a showdown in Altrincham being sealed in OT and a matchup in Nottingham going all the way to a shootout.

Panthers form hadn't been as good then as it is now though.

Nottingham have enjoyed three wins on the trot, either side of new year against Coventry and the big win over Milton Keynes.

Therefore, the Panthers will be looking for some revenge against the Storm and try to keep a run going in the league.

We will have our shirt off the back raffle in action then too, with the starting netminders shirt being up for grabs for the luck winner!

There are still tickets for that game available, so click the 'Buy Now' banner above, or call 0843 373 3000 to get your seat sorted for this EIHL clash.
