Strong ticket sales reported
THE NOTTINGHAM Panthers will be looking to set things right when they get back to Saturday night ice hockey, with the visit of Milton Keynes on Saturday.
It’s the last home game before Christmas and the box office is reporting strong sales.
A club spokeswoman said today : “We had quite a few office parties in last weekend for the games on both Friday and Sunday, sadly the results didn’t go our way, but it’s sport and things in sport can change instantly. One thing’s for sure, the locker room is determined to put a smile on faces in the stands ahead of the festive period itself.”
Looking at the latest figures we reckon there are less than 1500 seats left in the bowl for Saturday’s game.
The match is sponsored by Internet Motor Parts and mascot PAWS (Planet Bounce) will have a host of giveaways at the game.
Santa will be at the game with the Round Table from Hucknall on the outdoor plaza and we’ll have the Salvation Army band playing carols to everyone in the Christmas spirit.
It’ll be the last chance to grab the stocking fillers from the merchandise stand in the foyer where the charity calendars, charity replica Christmas shirts and the Panthers’ yearbooks will again be available – whilst stocks last.
No matter how cold it is outside there’s always a warm welcome with the PANTHERS!
SEE YOU THERE!
