28-year-old, Canadian forward, Mathieu Lemay joins the Panthers after three seasons in the highly-rated DEL2 with Eispiraten Crimmitschau where he scored 61 goals and 82 assists for 143 points in 126 matches.
In season 2020-21, he led the German side in goals (31), assists (37) and points (68) before following-up with two more free-scoring campaigns.
The Ontario-born winger began his professional career in the central Europe-based Alps Hockey League in 2019-20 with Italian side Sterzing/Vipiten, where he scored a staggering 85 points in 44 matches, contributing 35 goals and 50 assists.
