HAZELDINE EXCITED BY CHRISTMAS SCHEDULE

The Nottingham Panthers defenceman Archie Hazeldine chatted to Panthers Radio ahead of the busy period of festive action.

Panthers start the Christmas period with the visit of Glasgow Clan to the Motorpoint Arena in the Viaplay Elite League on Friday (7:30pm).

Friday's game starts a busy festive period for the Panthers, which also sees back-to-back matches against Sheffield Steelers and Coventry Blaze.

"I can't wait to play in these games," said Hazeldine. "I remember coming to the Christmas games as a kid and the atmosphere was amazing.

"The games against Glasgow, Sheffield and Coventry are going to be amazing and I can't wait to play in them."

Hazeldine also talks about the return of his mentor Corey Neilson and winning a silver medal with Great Britain at the Under-20 World Championship in Lithuania.
