The Nottingham Panthers forward Westin Michaud chats to Panthers TV after the opening four days of training camp.
The 27-year-old joined the Panthers in the summer from Denmark where he scored over a point per game for Odense Bulldogs last season.
It's a day away from the rink tomorrow as the new-look roster will spend a day with the army.

Panthers get pre-season action under way this weekend against arch rivals Sheffield Steelers.
The two sides meet in Sheffield on Saturday before going head-to-head again on Sunday to compete for the GM the GM Memorial Cup at the Motorpoint Arena (4pm face-off).
