Panthers led three times with goals from Luke Ferrara, Jack Hopkins and Stephen Anderson before coming back from 4-3 down thanks to a goal from Adam Brady.
Mike Hammond fed JC Brassard to score the overtime winner in the slot to secure the extra point for the Panthers.
