NEW ELITE LEAGUE SEASON BEGINS ON SATURDAY

The countdown is on for the Premier Sports Elite League season which gets under way this weekend.

Guildford Flames are the visitors as the two sides go head-to-head at the Motorpoint Arena on Saturday (19:00 face-off)

Head Coach, Gary Graham, said: "Despite only getting the one win in pre-season, there's a lot we can build on in the coming days ahead of Saturday.

"We know the areas we are making mistakes and we now have to get it right when we play Guildford.

"We have shown glimpses of where I want us to be over the past five games, but we have to be more consistent and cut out the errors.

"No-one likes losing games and the players know they need to step it up when the action starts for real at the weekend."
