The Nottingham Panthers Head Coach Jonathan Paredes says his side "played really smart" in their 7-2 victory on-the-road at Dundee Stars this evening.

It was a fifth successive Elite League victory for the Panthers who moved up to second in the standings, two points behind leaders Sheffield Steelers.

Adam Johnson and Mathieu Lemay both scored twice while there were also goals for Alexander Lunsjö, Otto Nieminen and Didrik Henbrant.

Panthers are straight back into Elite League action on Wednesday as Fife Flyers visit the Motorpoint Arena (7:30pm face-off).
