The Nottingham Panthers Head Coach Jonathan Paredes gives his thoughts to Panthers TV ahead of big weekend of league and cup action.

Cardiff Devils visit the Motorpoint Arena on Saturday night (7pm face-off) in the Elite League - a game sponsored by J Nine Hair.

On Sunday, the Panthers take to the road to face Manchester Storm in Altrincham in the Challenge Cup.

Paredes looks ahead to the weekend and reflects on last weekend's action, which included the come-from-behind 3-2 penalty-shot victory on-the-road at Guildford Flames.
