ROBINSON 'EXCITED TO SEE FANS IN THE SEATS'

The Nottingham Panthers netminder Mike Robinson says he's excited about the prospect of seeing fans in the seats for the first time this weekend.
Panthers kickstart their pre-season campaign on-the-road in Sheffield on Saturday night, before returning home to host the Steelers on Sunday at the Motorpoint Arena (4pm face-off).
The two sides will go head-to-head in the GM the GM Memorial Cup in Nottingham - an annual game in memory of the Panthers' former General Manager Gary Moran.
Robinson said: "Just practicing on the rink gets me excited and looking around, seeing all the history.
"I'm looking forward to seeing fans in the seats for the game."

Panthers have had an intense pre-season training schedule and yesterday spent the day with the Army and Navy in Nottingham.
The team are back on the ice today as they fine-tune their preparations for the exciting start to pre-season.
It may be called pre-season but don't let that fool you. It's the two biggest rivals going head-to-head twice on one weekend.
