The Bone Cancer Research Trust is the leading charity dedicated to fighting primary bone cancer, offering hope to everyone affected by this rare disease. Through research, information, awareness and support, they are working towards a world where primary bone cancer is cured.

Founded in 2006 by families who had lost children and young people to primary bone cancer, the charity was established in response to the lack of accessible information and limited funding available for research. Determined to improve outcomes for future patients and families, they joined together with medical experts to create an organisation that could drive meaningful change.

Today, the Trust funds vital research into all forms of primary bone cancer, helping to improve treatments, increase survival rates and bring us closer to a cure. They also provide trusted information and a supportive community for people of all ages affected by the disease, ensuring no-one has to face a diagnosis alone.

Their vision is a world where primary bone cancer is cured. Their mission is to save lives and improve outcomes through research, information, awareness and support, giving hope to patients and families across the UK.

Kate Connor, Director of Fundraising, said: "We’re delighted to be partnering with the Nottingham Panthers as their Charity of the Month this November.

"The partnership provides a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness of primary bone cancer while helping to fund vital research and provide essential information and support for patients and families impacted by the disease. We look forward to working with the Panthers and their community throughout November."
