It's the start of a two-game roadtrip for The Nottingham Panthers with a trip to Wales to face Cardiff Devils (7pm face-off).

Panthers move onto Scotland tomorrow to play fellow playoff hopefuls Glasgow Clan, but tonight it's all about the action in the Welsh capital.

Nottingham beat the Devils 4-2 on our last visit to Cardiff as Alexander Lunsjö scored twice and there was a goal each for Otto Nieminen and Didrik Henbrant.

Panthers go into the game on the back of Wednesday's night's thrilling 6-1 win over Guildford Flames at a packed Motorpoint Arena, while Cardiff were beaten 1-0 at the Skydome by Coventry Blaze.

Netminder Rok Stojanovic, speaking about playing three games in four days, said: "The key thing is to take care of your body.

"Players are used to lots of hockey so it's just a case of getting the body to adapt to the situation.

"It's an exciting run of games for us and we are looking forward to the challenge."
