It's gameday for the Nottingham Panthers and a trip to Scotland to face Fife Flyers in the Elite League (19:30 face-off).

It's the start of three matches in five days for the Panthers with tonight's action followed by a visit to Dundee on Saturday, before Panthers host the Stars on Sunday (17:00).

Panthers currently have three points from a possible four in the Elite League following victory in Guildford and an overloss defeat at home by Cardiff Devils.

Fife have lost their opening two league matches but have secured two big home wins in the Challenge Cup over Dundee (5-1) and Belfast Giants (4-3).

The Flyers have a new coach after 59-year-old Jamie Russell was appointed in the summer.

The Canadian has an extensive coaching career in the NCAA, ECHL and more recently in Europe and last season led Ritten/Renon to the success in the Italian Supercup.

View from the Bench
Head Coach, Danny Stewart, said: "Fife are under new ownership and have a new coach, so they're certainly a different proposition this season.

"They have skill and toughness across their roster and although they've had a few tough results in recent games, they've had a couple of huge wins at home this year.

"We need to be at our best and play for 60 minutes if we want to get a good result from a tough barn to play in."

Team News in association with Candid Digital
Panthers remain without forward Chase Pearson who continues his recovery from an upper body injury.

Netminder Luca Sheldon is available again after injury after he missed the game with Cardiff Devils on Sunday.

Last time in Fife
The last meeting between the two sides in Fife was back in March in the 2024-25 season.

Panthers skated to a 4-1 victory with defenceman Matt Spencer scoring the game-winning goal.

Shirt Off His Back: Tim Doherty
Tonight's authentic game-worn jersey is Panthers forward #17 Tim Doherty.
