Nottingham Panthers are straight back into action on Wednesday for a massive night in the Challenge Cup against Coventry Blaze at the Motorpoint Arena (19:00 face-off).
Panthers need a regulation-time victory against the Blaze to secure second place in Group A and an automatic place in the semi-finals.
A 4-1 victory for Sheffield Steelers over Cardiff Devils on Sunday secured the Steel City club top spot in the group.
Captain Matt Alfaro says the locker room are under no illusions about how big it is on Wednesday and it's been described as being like a "playoff game".
Panthers go into Wednesday on the back of a four-point weekend which saw us go top of the Elite League table with nine points out of a possible 10 from five matches.
Saturday's 5-2 victory on the road in Dundee was followed by last night's 5-3 win over the Stars at the Motorpoint Arena, with Ross Armour scoring twice and a goal each for Matt Spencer, Nolan Volcan and Bryan Lemos.
Wednesday's game is sponsored by Skechers and a reminder that face-off for midweek games is now at the earlier time of 19:00.
Family Tickets are available, offering discounted admission compared to standard prices. Click here for more details.
Join us at the Motorpoint Arena for another huge night of Panthers hockey.
