LOUIS-JEAN GIVES FIRST INTERVIEW TO PANTHERS TV

Check out the first interview with Darek Louis-Jean after he joined the Nottingham Panthers for the 2026/27 season.

Despite only being 25, the 6'1 hard-hitting blueliner already has 257 ECHL games under his belt.

Louis-Jean linked up with NHL side Montreal Canadiens for their pre-season training camp last summer and went on to sign a two-way contract with Montreal's affiliate in the AHL, Laval Rocket.

He split his time between Laval and their ECHL affiliate Trois-Rivières Lions last season.

Louis-Jean said: "I had a lot of good reviews about going to Nottingham.

"I like to play a two-way game. I am very physical and like to be reliable on the defensive end. I pride myself on that.

"I hate getting scored on and I also like to chip in on the offensive side of the game."
