There's midweek action for the Nottingham Panthers this week as attention turns now to the trip to Scotland.
Panthers face Glasgow Clan on Wednesday (19:30 face-off) hoping to close the gap on leaders Belfast Giants.
The results from the weekend saw the Giants open up a four-point lead over third-placed Panthers, but Danny Stewart's side have a game in hand.
That game in hand is this Wednesday so the stakes are high for the trip to Scotland to face former coach Corey Neilson.
Panthers go into the game on the back of a mixed weekend against Guildford Flames. A 4-1 home victory on Saturday - led by two goals from Johnny Curran - was followed by a 5-4 defeat on the road on Sunday.
It was a mixed weekend too for the Clan as they were beaten 5-2 at home by Coventry Blaze on Friday night.
Sunday was a better night for Glasgow as they secured a 6-1 victory at Dundee Stars, including goals for former Panthers players Joe Hazeldine, Hugo Roy and Robert Lachowicz.
The Clan currently sit eighth in the Elite League table with 31 points from 32 matches.
Limited tickets remain for visit of Dundee on Saturday
The next home game is this Saturday (31st January) against Dundee Stars on Pride Night at the Motorpoint Arena (19:00 face-off).
Limited tickets remain and this game will sell-out, so you're urged to secure your seats asap and join the #PanthersNation for another huge game in our season.
The game is sponsored by TANK.
