It was another dramatic night as Nottingham Panthers scored in overtime to beat Manchester Storm 2-1 at the Motorpoint Arena.
The victory lifted Panthers to third in the Elite League table, a point behind second-placed Cardiff Devils with a game in hand.
JD Dudek gave Storm a first-period lead and despite long spells of possession, it took Panthers until six-and-a-half minutes remaining in the third session to equalise through Chase Pearson.
The game-winner in overtime was a beauty as Mitch Fossier entered the zone and exchanged passes with Zsombor Garát and Pearson before firing home the winner at the backdoor.
