The Nottingham Panthers came from behind to record a stunning 6-2 victory on-the-road at Coventry Blaze.
Blaze scored twice inside the first 59 seconds but the Panthers roared back in emphatic fashion to secure a quite brilliant two points.
Panthers were without Ollie Betteridge, Myles McGurty, Josh Tetlow and Tyler Welsh. Mike Robinson started between the pipes with Rok Stojanovic as back-up.
Nottingham were caught on an early line change which saw Kim Tallberg fire past Robinson (00:47) and 12 seconds later, Danny Kristo scored on his backhand from close-range (00:59).
A long stretch-pass 23 seconds later saw Alexander Lunsjö break clear and reduce the arrears to one (1:22).
Félix Paré scored twice in two-and-a-half minutes as he deflected Westin Michaud's shot past Taran Kozun (6:39), before firing top-shelf after a feed from Joe Hazeldine (9:16).
After a scoreless second period, Michaud made it 4-2 thanks to a goal given after a review by the officials (53:36).
Blaze lifted Kozun for the extra skater and Mathieu Lemay scored into an empty net (57:21) for his third goal of the weekend.
There was still time for Panthers to add a sixth with a bullet of a shot by Lunsjö into the corner for his second of the night (57:41).
