JOIN OUR TEAM: CONTENT CREATOR
Nottingham Panthers are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator.
We’re looking for someone who can do much more than simply manage social media.
You’ll need to be confident creating high-quality graphics, filming and editing engaging video content and, most importantly, coming up with fresh ideas that bring our players, games and club to life across our digital channels.
The role will include:
• Creating engaging daily content across our social platforms
• Producing high-quality graphics and social assets
• Being confident using and working with Canva
• Filming and editing short-form video, including Reels and TikToks
• Producing and editing longer-form video content
• Attending team training sessions to capture regular content
• Attending Nottingham Panthers home games
• Creating behind-the-scenes and player-led content
• Helping to promote new merchandise launches and products
• Supporting ticketing, commercial partners and club campaigns with creative content
• Proactively developing new content ideas rather than simply working from a brief
We’re particularly interested in someone who understands how sports organisations can use social media to entertain supporters, showcase player personalities and grow their audience.
Previous experience working in sport would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. Your creativity and ability to produce engaging content are more important to us than your CV.
Regular attendance at training sessions and home games in Nottingham will be required. Due to the nature of professional sport, there may also be occasions throughout the season when you are required to attend club events in the evening.
We are open to discussing different working arrangements with the right candidate, including employed or self-employed options, depending on experience, availability and the requirements of the role.
Interested?
To apply, please email media@panthers.co.uk with:
• A brief introduction about yourself
• Examples of your previous work, including graphic design and video content
• Examples of social media accounts or content you’ve previously worked on
• Three content ideas you would introduce to Nottingham Panthers
• Your salary or rate expectations
• The name and email address of one previous employer or client who would be happy to provide a reference, where applicable
Applications will remain open until Sunday 11th October.
Due to the anticipated volume of applications, only candidates who are shortlisted for an interview will be contacted.
If you are successful in progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process, a member of our team will be in touch via email.
If this sounds like you or you know somebody who would be perfect for the role, we’d love to hear from you.
