NEW YEAR'S DAY PREVIEW: BLAZE V PANTHERS
It's part two of the double-header as Nottingham Panthers travel to the Skydome to face Coventry Blaze (18:00 face-off) on New Year's Day.
Part one on New Year's Eve saw nine goals at the Motorpoint Arena as the Blaze skated to a dramatic 5-4 victory.
Panthers scored three goals in 27 seconds to take a 4-1 lead in the second period, but Coventry roared back and Michael Pelech scored the game-winner with only 29 seconds remaining.
Victory for Coventry ended a seven-game losing streak and moved them on to 17 points from 24 matches. Panthers stay second on 37 points, a point behind leaders Cardiff Devils with a game in hand.
