Nottingham Panthers will face Guildford Flames in the playoff quarter-finals next weekend.
Tonight's 2-1 defeat on the road at Belfast Giants means Panthers have secured a third-place finish in the Elite League with one game remaining in the regular-season.
The playoff quarter-final first leg will take place in Guildford at 6pm on Saturday 12th April.
The two sides will meet in the second leg at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham on Sunday 13th April (5pm face-off).
The arena is already well over three-quarters full so you are advised to secure your seats asap!
Guildford, who were beaten 4-3 at home by Glasgow Clan tonight, will finish the season in sixth place.
There will be four two-legged quarter-finals next weekend with the four winners reaching the playoff finals the following weekend.
Held at the Motorpoint Arena, the two semi-finals take place on Saturday 19th April and the Grand Final on Sunday 20th April.
