The Nottingham Panthers will come together on Saturday evening to remember Adam Johnson.

The Panthers players and staff will spend some time in the afternoon privately reflecting on their memories of Adam while signing the Books of Condolence.

For our players and staff, the tragic events of last Saturday are still very raw. Please be aware of and respect the fact that all may have left before the doors open at 5:30pm.

Supporters of all clubs and the general public are then invited to attend the Motorpoint Arena from 5:30pm to pay tribute to our #47, with the last entry into the arena at 9pm.

Entrance will be via Bolero Square only and please allow extra time for security checks, with the usual security scans and checks being done on entry into the Motorpoint Arena.

Fans are invited to come onto the ice at the Motorpoint Arena, which will be carpeted, to sign the Books of Condolence.

Arrangements have been made so that anyone with accessibility needs will be able to access the ice, including wheelchair users.

However, if people do not wish to go down to the bowl, a Book of Condolence will be in the foyer.

Some blocks will be open for supporters who just want to watch or be in the arena, or have somewhere to sit and be with other fans before or after going on the ice.

Visitors can also take a look at the beautiful floral tributes and items left outside the Motorpoint Arena. Please add any floral tributes on Saturday to the hundreds in Bolero Square. Please remove cellophane from flowers.

A two-minute silence will take place at 8:20pm in memory of Adam. This will be a quiet night of reflection but it will also be a time to be together and a chance for people to talk to each other.

If you have been affected by the game last weekend and the loss of Adam - and you feel that you may need some additional help and support - local mental health charities will be in the Motorpoint Arena foyer for those that want to have a conversation.

The Motorpoint Arena will have some of their refreshments kiosks open, with a 25 per cent discount on all purchases on Saturday. The Green Room - just off the foyer - will be open for people to relax and have conversation.

Nottingham City Council Parking Services have confirmed that supporters who purchased a parking pass for the season will be able to park in the Broad Marsh Car Park as normal.
