Nottingham Panthers beat Fife Flyers 3-2 on Sunday in a real battle at the Motorpoint Arena.
Fife came into the game on the back of a stunning 10-2 victory the previous night at home to Guildford Flames, but Panthers took the two Motorpoint Elite League points with a gutsy performance.
Spencer Naas and Chase Pearson put Panthers into a two-goal lead but the Flyers fought back with two quick goals in the second period.
Miikka Pitkänen scored the game-winner on the powerplay after being set-up by captain Matt Alfaro.

SeatSwap scheme launched for Steelers at home on Saturday
We launched our new SeatSwap scheme last week, a brand-new initiative giving season ticket holders the opportunity to receive something back when they are unable to attend selected home games and it's been activated for the game against the Steelers.
These tickets will become available on the separate section on the ticket sales page on the Motorpoint Arena website as they are returned to the club, so it's worth checking throughout the week for availability.
Saturday will be a cracker - just make sure you snap-up one of the final remaining tickets. The game is sponsored by Temprell Jewellers Nottingham.
