Nottingham Panthers secured a four-point weekend with vital victories in both the Challenge Cup and Motorpoint Elite League.
Saturday night saw Panthers win 2-1 on the road at the AO Arena against Manchester Storm after a shootout.
This evening saw Panthers grind out a 3-2 victory at home against Fife Flyers to make it two wins from two in the Motorpoint Elite League.
Spencer Naas, Chase Pearson and Miikka Pitkänen (powerplay) were on target against a Fife side who had beaten Guildford Flames 10-2 on Saturday night.
Click below to hear from Head Coach Danny Stewart on Panthers TV about how he viewed the weekend.
The Panthers Post-Game Podcast - in association with WAGO - also reflects on wins on Saturday and Sunday.

Steelers at home in the Challenge Cup on Saturday
It's back to Challenge Cup action on Saturday (17th October) as arch-rivals Sheffield Steelers visit the Motorpoint Arena (19:00 face-off). Very limited tickets remain so you're urged to secure your seats asap.
We launched our new SeatSwap scheme last week, a brand-new initiative giving season ticket holders the opportunity to receive something back when they are unable to attend selected home games and it's been activated for the game against the Steelers.
These tickets will become available on the ticket sale page as they are returned to the club, so it's worth checking throughout the week for availability. Join us for the first Panthers-Steelers home game of the season. It's always a cracker!
